Aprio is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Director, Go-To-Market Strategy to join their dynamic team. Aprio’s Go-to-Market (GTM) organization sets and drives execution of the firm’s growth strategy across its Industries and Practices. This is a newly created, critical leadership role: reporting to the GTM Leader, the Director of Go-to-Market Strategy will own the connective tissue between firm-wide growth strategy and day-to-day execution — turning priorities into detailed, data-driven plans and holding the organization accountable for delivering them. This is a high-profile role that will work with Industry Leaders, Practice Leaders, and Industry Growth Leaders to ensure strategy is translated into actionable plans to achieve results across a matrixed organization.
