POSITION SUMMARY We're looking for a Sales & Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing Sales Operations consulting team, supporting both internal initiatives and client-facing projects focused on improving sales, marketing, and revenue operations. In this role, you'll work alongside Sales & Marketing Operations Consultants to help organizations optimize their CRM platforms, automate business processes, improve lead management, implement end-to-end tracking and attribution, and deliver meaningful reporting that drives better business decisions. You'll support a variety of projects ranging from CRM optimization and data management to marketing technology implementations, analytics, AI-enabled workflows, and operational consulting. This position is ideal for someone with experience in CRM, marketing technology, analytics, and sales operations who enjoys solving business problems, learning new technologies, and working across multiple industries and client environments.
