This role spans actuarial modeling, healthcare claims analytics, and client-facing strategy—supporting our Growth and Product functions with projections, retrospective analyses, and value-based care modeling. The ideal candidate brings formal actuarial training or equivalent experience, thrives in a fast-paced startup environment, and can credibly represent Maven's methodology with brokers, consultants, and employer clients. As a Senior Actuary, Outcomes at Maven, you will: Own claims and savings projections and retrospective analyses across Maven's employer benefit programs—including performance guarantee assessments, value-based care arrangement modeling, and spend and enrollment projections across Maven's full program portfolio
