What you’ll do Manage the complete application development lifecycle, from planning and requirements gathering to delivery and support. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including funding managers, traders, risk managers, and operations, to identify and prioritize application requirements. Define and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocations for application development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints. Oversee application design, development, testing, and deployment, across both cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring that applications meet functional requirements and align with industry best practices. Implement and maintain application performance monitoring and reporting tools, ensuring optimal application performance and stability. Manage a team of application developers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations. Establish and maintain relationships with peer technology teams and third-party vendors and partners, ensuring seamless integration and support for internal and external applications and services. Continuously research and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to inform application development strategy and drive innovation. Collaborate closely with our Tech Innovation team on the application of Generative AI capabilities for Central Funding technology. Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, including data security and privacy. What’s required Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, economics or a related field. 10 years of experience in application development and management.
