About the Role: PubMatic is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join as a Contractor for 12 months to help fuel our US growth in 2026 and beyond. Our Recruiters are responsible for finding exceptional candidates that possess a unique, entrepreneurial spirit and passion for online advertising across Sales, Advertiser Solutions and Customer Success. You will be joining a high-impact recruiting team functioning as internal consultants to drive strategic, operational, and organizational excellence. What You'll Do: Directly source qualified, exceptionally talented candidates for a variety of open positions across our GTM departments, including Advertiser Solutions, Customer Success, and Commerce Media Meet with hiring managers to align on role responsibilities and expectations, establish the interview panel, schedule interviews, prepare interview packets, and collect timely feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience and reduce time to fill Partner with Human Resources to benchmark the compensation range for the role Manage open positions within our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) Facilitate the posting of open roles to LinkedIn Recruiter and the PubMatic Careers page Source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches, and research Source active candidates from online databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals Execute sourcing strategies that produce a diverse slate of candidates Develop diverse pipeline candidate pools to fill current and potential needs Communicate with candidates and new hires (phone and email) throughout the entire hiring and orientation process ...
