Product Manager, SMB Growth

Job Duties: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features for the team to grow adoption of self-serve business products, including tools used by small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) or similar business segments. Partner with engineers, designers, data, research and other PMs on developing new features/specs. Lead early-stage (zero-to-one) product initiatives in an ambiguous or resource-constrained environment. Design and analyze experiments and use data-driven insights to evaluate product impact, inform roadmap decisions, and communicate learnings to the team/execs and the company. Work with cross functional partners to launch/maintain features impacting Reddit’s advertiser growth. Drive market and usability research to understand opportunities and develop strategy across user acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention funnels. Full-time telecommuting is an option. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science or closely related quantitative discipline and (1) one year of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in a related field.
