The Team: Upstart’s Growth Marketing team drives scalable, data-informed customer acquisition and engagement across our lending products. The team focuses on connecting consumers to credit through thoughtful, well-timed interactions across channels. As the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager (Emerging Products) at Upstart, you will own and scale lifecycle marketing for new and growing products, including Cash Line, Upstart’s new, always-on line of credit product. You will design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys—from cross-sell and activation through retention, re-engagement, and winback—within a mobile-first experience. You may also be called on to support additional emerging products as they launch and scale.
