This includes designing, implementing, and monitoring APIs to ensure seamless interaction between different software components and services. Integration Patterns: Strong knowledge of integration patterns such as message queues, publish-subscribe, and service orchestration is essential. These patterns support the design of robust and scalable middleware solutions capable of handling complex data flows and interactions. Scripting Languages: Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Perl, or Shell is important for automating tasks, managing middleware configurations, and performing routine maintenance. Database Management: Solid knowledge of database management systems (DBMS) such as SQL, Oracle, and MongoDB is required. Middleware developers are often responsible for integrating and managing data across multiple databases, ensuring consistency and reliability. Problem Solving: Strong troubleshooting skills are essential to identify and resolve issues in middleware environments.
