Your Impact on our Mission As a Senior Analyst, IT Procurement , you’ll play a critical role in strengthening Zocdoc’s vendor and procurement operations. You will manage contract negotiations, oversee renewals, and ensure new vendors are onboarded in line with compliance and business standards. Working closely with our IT Procurement Manager, you’ll not only drive tactical procurement outcomes but also help refine how our procurement function operates at scale. Your day to day is… ● Negotiating contracts with SaaS, hardware, and services vendors. ● Driving contract renewals and ensuring timely execution with favorable terms. ● Overseeing onboarding of new vendors and suppliers, including compliance and documentation. ● Partnering with Legal, Finance, and InfoSec to ensure contracts meet company standards. ● Collecting, maintaining, and organizing procurement documentation. ● Supporting IT procurement activities, including technology asset procurement when needed.
