What You'll Do Build and carry individual immigration cases — EB-1A, EB-2 NIW, and O-1A — through every milestone from a clean handoff to a strong, filing-ready submission, with a Managing Attorney's second-chair review before anything files. Carry a full production caseload — roughly 35-40 active matters at a time — with complete control over how you structure your own days and week. Own the client relationship through the life of each case, not just the file: clients should always feel informed and never have to chase you for updates. Use Manifest's AI tools and technology — automated handoffs, smart draft tracking, and a unified case-context hub — so every hour you put in goes toward case-advancing work, not coordination.
