The ideal candidate will have a solid analytical foundation and an interest in product analysis, with enthusiasm for supporting business decisions through data insights. The Product Analyst will work alongside cross-functional teams to help identify trends, support product performance tracking, and contribute to the overall success of our products. Responsibilities: Data Analysis: Support analysis of product data to help identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement, under guidance from senior team members. Reporting: Help build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and product metrics. Insights Generation: Assist in producing insights and recommendations for stakeholders (Product team, Technology team, Customer team, etc.) based on data analysis. Collaboration: Work with product managers, engineers, central analytics team and other stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into analytical requirements. Data Quality: Help ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used for analysis. Tool Utilization: Learn and use analytical tools such as Mixpanel and Dataiku to support data-driven decision-making. Stakeholder Communication: Communicate data findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with support from senior colleagues as needed. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
