About the Role As an Associate Project Manager, you will support the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to physical security technology. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. The role will require 25%+ travel. You are excited about this opportunity because you will… Assist in the planning and coordinating project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Support project managers in developing project plans, timelines, and deliverables. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Coordinate communication between project teams and local business operation leaders, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned. Conduct project risk assessments and contribute to the development of mitigation strategies. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and presentations. Participate in project meetings and contribute to problem-solving discussions. Maintain project management tools and systems to track project milestones and deliverables. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of security solutions. We are excited about you because you bring… Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, in a related field or an additional 4 years of work experience in quantitative or business fields. 1+ years of experience in project management or a related role, preferably in the technology or security industry. Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Project Schedule Management via Ghhant Chart, Budget management, Cost Performance mana gement) is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, Jira, Asana, Salesforce). Basic understanding of physical security technologies are required (e.g. Axis, Genetec, Mercury, Aiphone, Von Duprin, HID).
