The Challenge OneTrust is seeking an IT Engineer, AI‑Enabled Operations to help evolve a modern, secure, and intelligent IT operating environment across a global, cloud‑first SaaS organization. This role is designed for a hands‑on technical leader who is passionate about applying AI and automation to real business and IT operational challenges while navigating ambiguity at scale. You will operate at the intersection of enterprise IT, AI enablement, and operational excellence, partnering closely with IT Operations, Security, Privacy/GRC, and business stakeholders to improve employee experience, reduce friction, and drive measurable outcomes through intelligent systems and data‑driven execution.
