Our GTM Enablement team supports 1000+ sales and customer success professionals driving revenue and growth at one of the fastest-growing publicly traded companies in the SaaS industry. We Pride ourselves on being a reliable, real-time, and consistent resource for the Sales and CS Teams, and empowering them to do their jobs more efficiently while growing their skill set and enabling Klaviyo's long term strategy. Our team is growing and we are currently looking for a Principal Enablement Partner to partner with our Global BDR org. You will be a strategic advisor to BDR leadership and responsible for building the enablement strategy to empower their growth and achieve results. As a strategic partner to many cross-functional teams around the company, you will act as the voice and representative of the BDR Organization as your end customer. Your objective is to create an exceptional and equitable learning experience that empowers our BDR team to achieve their full potential, ensuring their success and fostering their growth. In order to succeed, you will bring a strong point of view on the lifecycle of BDR development, including onboarding, skill development and role progression programs to prepare BDRs as they graduate to AE roles in the Klaviyo org. This is a global role, and you will be responsible for BDR enablement across the Americas, EMEA and APAC. How you’ll make a difference: Own the enablement strategy and roadmap for the BDR organization. Develop and execute the BDR strategy for driving adoption of global enablement programs, such as sales methodology, sales process, and product launches. Own and enhance the existing BDR Onboarding progra m (program management, content creation, SME management, reporting and facilitation) Own and enhance the existing BDR → AE advancement program to prepare our “promotion-ready” BDRs for an AE role.
