The Role You're the first person our customers hear from when they need help. They message us by email, chat, or phone, and you make sure they get a fast, helpful answer. Most questions you'll answer yourself. For the ones that need a specialist or a manager, you pass them along with the full story so nothing gets repeated and nothing falls through the cracks. Either way, the customer walks away feeling taken care of.This role is about speed and care. You're not handling pricing or sales, you're the friendly, reliable first response that keeps customers happy.
