We are seeking a seasoned Senior Manager to lead two critical and complementary functions within Business Technology: IT Product Management and IT Software Asset Management. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for bridging the gap between Business Technology (BT) capabilities and business needs — ensuring internal technology systems are managed with product rigor and adopted effectively across the organization. You will directly manage a team of Business Technology Product Managers and Asset Management Lead/Specialists, bringing structure, strategic alignment, and operational excellence to both disciplines. This role reports to the Head of Business Technology. We work Flexible First. This role can be performed remotely anywhere within Ontario or British Columbia, Canada. We’d love for you to join us! The Impact You’ll Have Product Strategy & Roadmap Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and prioritized roadmap for internal business applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS) and enterprise systems. Partner with business owners to understand functional requirements, pain points, and technology investment priorities. Act as the business owner proxy for internal BT systems — managing backlogs of features, defects, and enhancements. Define and track product metrics in partnership with relevant stakeholders and conduct ongoing analysis to measure performance, usage, and business value realization of deployed systems. Demand Management Design and lead the Plan and Commit process with business stakeholders for all BT technology requests. Define criteria for prioritizing BT projects and enhancements based on strategic alignment, risk reduction, ROI, and operational impact. Publish and maintain a visible backlog providing stakeholders transparency into queue status, estimated effort, and delivery timelines. Forecast and allocate BT resources (personnel, budget) across the prioritized portfolio of projects and operational enhancements. Partner with BT Strategy & Operations to establish product governance mechanisms including Steering Committees. Organizational Change Management (OCM) Define
and maintain a standardized Organizational Change Management (OCM) playbook and governance for all Business Technology (BT)-led initiatives. Lead change management strategy, stakeholder analysis, and impact assessments for all major system implementations and upgrades in partnership with relevant stakeholders.
