Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 7 years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, professional services, or customer-facing technical architecture role. Experience in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure technologies. Experience engaging with, presenting to, and influencing both technical stakeholders and executive leaders (C-level) during complex sales cycles. Experience driving technical discovery and value-based selling to map enterprise business goals to technical architectures. Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Korean with local stakeholders. Preferred qualifications: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field. Deep expertise in graph database technologies (e.g., Neo4j) along with knowledge of relational, NoSQL, and data visualization to ols (e.g., D3.js, Linkurious). Proven experience building joint GTM solutions and co-selling with hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP), strategic ISVs, and global systems integrators. Industry expertise within highly regulated sectors such as Financial Services, Retail, Government, Security, or Telecommunications. About the job
