Corrosion Engineer - KSA | OIL & GAS - L4

Job Summary The Corrosion Engineer will be responsible for conducting corrosion risk assessments and recommending effective corrosion prevention solutions , including material selection, protective coatings, and cathodic protection systems to ensure the integrity and reliability of assets in the Oil & Gas / Refinery industry. Job Responsibilities Conduct corrosion risk assessments for pipelines, equipment, and plant facilities. Evaluate corrosion issues and recommend appropriate materials, coatings, and cathodic protection systems . Develop and implement corrosion monitoring and prevention programs . Analyze inspection and monitoring data to identify corrosion threats and mitigation strategies . Ensure compliance with industry standards and corrosion management procedures . Prepare technical reports and recommendations related to corrosion control. Work closely with inspection, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure asset integrity.
