Digital Transformation Project Manager

This role is located in Somerville, MA- We are a hybrid work environment and are in the office 3+ days/per week. Tulip has been recognized as a World Economic Forum Global Innovator, a 2024 Deloitte Technology Fast award winner, one of Energage’s Top Workplaces USA, and one of Built In Boston’s “Best Places to Work” and “Best Midsize Places to Work.” About You: You know the challenges in manufacturing and operations, and you believe there is a better way You thrive on communicating and can do so across levels, with people from the shop floor to engineering managers to executives You’re meticulously organized, able to prioritize in ambiguous situations for yourself and your team, and look ahead to risks and mitigate then You understand the business impact of operational improvements You’re ready for a start-up environment as part of a fast growing SAAS company You are comfortable working with digital tools and have a willingness to adopt new AI-assisted workflows as they are introduced to the PS org What skills do I need? 5+ years work experience in project / program management, manufacturing / production operations, management consulting, customer success operations or equivalent Experience working with multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers and managing stakeholders across multiple functions Experience working with manufacturing operations Ability to develop project plans with owners and timelines, for teams that include customers, partners, and internal resources Interpersonal, written and oral communication skills, including running meetings and delivering executive-level presentations You will be among the first practitioners to help Tulip define what AI-first delivery looks like — training and tooling will be provided, but intellectual curiosity is expected Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted project tools, knowledge management, or automation platforms (e.g., Zapier, Make, Copilot, Claude or similar) Lean/ Six Sigma
