Director of Sales, Commercial – Europe About the Role At Klaviyo, we're building one of the most ambitious go-to-market organisations in SaaS, and Dublin is at the heart of that growth. We are looking for a talented Director of Sales to lead our Commercial organisation at Klaviyo. Reporting to our VP of EMEA Sales, you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Sales Managers and a wider team of Commercial Account Executives across two offices (Dublin and London) and three sub-regions (Northern, Southern, and Central). This includes hiring, training, operational rigour, forecast management, performance analysis, and day-to-day coaching and talent development. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing high-performing sales teams in a fast-paced environment and be able to demonstrate strong deal management and AI fluency. In This Role You Will Be Responsible For Build and Develop the Team Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Managers and Account Executives across Europe. Hire exceptional talent and raise the bar on what great looks like — building the pipeline of future Klaviyo leaders. Coach Sales Managers to become strong people leaders in their own right. Create clear development pathways and a culture of accountability, learning, and high performance. Own the Regional Strategy Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Klaviyo's Commercial segment across Europe. Translate business objectives into clear priorities and operational plans.
