The role of the data team is to make this possible by treating data like a production asset, making it available company-wide, and using it proactively to improve Pennylane’s user experience. By joining us as a Senior Product Analyst, you will have a pivotal role in helping Product teams understand how users behave in our product, identify the most important opportunities, and turn those insights into roadmap decisions. HOW you will contribute to the company As a Senior Product Analyst, you will be part of the Science & Analytics team focused on Product topics (6+ people), inside the Data department (40+ people). You will help Product teams deeply understand user behaviors across Pennylane’s frontend experiences, using tools such as Amplitude and our data warehouse to identify adoption patterns, friction points, opportunities, and risks. You will turn behavioral data into clear, strategic insights that help Product leaders decide what to build, improve, simplify, or stop.
