WHAT YOU'LL DO We're looking for an experienced, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to join our Technology Services organization at Braze. You'll begin by supporting our CTO and VP, Technology Services/Chief of Staff, developing deep fluency in how the technology organization operates at Braze. As that initial period concludes, you'll transition to primary support of our SVP of Engineering and Chief Product Officer, becoming a trusted partner to the leaders driving Braze's engineering and product strategy. This is a permanent role with an evolving scope. You'll be most successful if you thrive working with multiple executives across different working styles, take initiative in building structure where it doesn't yet exist, and hold yourself to a high bar for discretion, reliability, and follow-through. Main responsibilities: Manage complex calendars for supported executives - anticipating conflicts, protecting time for high-priority work, and resolving competing requests with sound judgment Own domestic and international travel coordination, including full itineraries, contingency planning, and on-the-fly logist ics adjustments Handle expense reporting accurately and on time Plan and execute department-level events including All Hands meetings, leadership offsites, and team gatherings Work cross-functionally on behalf of supported executives, coordinating and driving logistics across organizational boundaries Manage confidential administrative tasks with maturity and discretion Support operational and project coordination as needs arise across the technology leadership team WHO YOU ARE 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment Strong...
