What you'll do We're looking for a Chargeback Associate to join our operations team and ensure a seamless, compliant, and highly efficient dispute resolution process. You will play a critical role in managing the end-to-end chargeback lifecycle, safeguarding Clara's financial integrity while delivering a fair and transparent experience for our customers. Execute and manage the registration of national chargebacks in DDR and international chargebacks utilizing MasterCom and Mastercard Connect. Process and resolve ATM withdrawal clarifications and disputes initiated through our internal ticket management systems. Act as the primary owner of the controversy database, maintaining meticulous control, administration, and organization of all dispute records. Define, categorize, and resolve clarifications for unrecognized charges, applying the appropriate chargeback reason codes with precision. Leverage your deep knowledge of the full chargeback cycle—from the issuer view through pre-arbitration, arbitration, reason codes, and final case closures—to resolve disputes efficiently.
