ABOUT THE ROLE Accela is seeking a Senior Consultant to join our Professional Services team. The Senior Consultant plays a critical, customer-facing role that blends strong business analysis and requirements facilitation with hands-on configuration and cross-functional coordination. This role partners closely with customer stakeholders to understand business objectives and desired outcomes, then translates those needs into requirements, configuration decisions, and implementation artifacts that guide successful delivery.
