The Challenge As a Staff Software Engineer within the Design Partner Program, you will serve as a technical leader responsible for transforming strategic customer insights into scalable, secure, and reusable platform capabilities across OneTrust’s AIReady Governance Platform. This role sits at the intersection of Product Engineering, Customer Engineering, Architecture, and strategic customer engagements, helping shape next-generation capabilities across Privacy, Consent & Preferences, Risk & Governance, AI Go vernance, and Compliance solutions.
