The Role The Production Shift Lead holds full accountability for their production area, working closely with the Operations Manager to ensure the efficient flow of work through the factory and that products are supplied on time, to customer specification. They are responsible for all people management tasks within their shift as well as identifying continuous improvement initiatives. Working a 3 shift rotation of 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00 and 22:00-06:00.
