General Manager - Illinois

Job Duties : Lead company efforts to expand business operations in the State of Illinois to provide home Adult Care support and services to older adults and differently abled individuals requiring in home medical support. Expand our business presence and identify and hire clinical, administrative, and business team staff, represent Entyre before stakeholders, including state agencies and clinics. Develop business plans to implement and deliver our Adult Care business model and services. Direct the establishment of our Chicago-based office and business presence in the state of Illinois. Hire and lead our Illinois-based clinical and business team personnel. Provide strategic planning, operational management strategies and goals, supervise personnel, ensure compliance with regulations impacting the delivery of adult care services, and report to company executives. Analyze Federal, State, and local laws and regulations and develop business strategies to place clients and their families int
