Realize your potential by joining the leading performance-driven advertising company and a proud Great Place to Work® Certified employer in India As a Bid Ops Monitoring Specialist on the Bid Operations team in our Gurugram Office, you’ll play a vital role in monitoring the health and performance of revenue-generating products and services to ensure platform stability and business continuity. You’ll proactively identify, investigate, and coordinate the resolution of operational issues before they impact customers or revenue. By partnering across engineering and business teams, you’ll help maintain operational excellence and drive continuous improvements in monitoring and incident response. To thrive in this role, you'll need: 2+ years of experience in operations monitoring, technical support, ad operations, or a similar role. Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and HTML/CSS for troubleshooting. Experience using monitoring dashboards such as Grafana and Tableau. Experience working with case management tools such as Salesforce or Jira. Availability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 operations environment. Bonus points if you have: Basic understanding of Header Bidding, RTB, online advertising, and ad-tech technologies. Experience contributing to monitoring automation, alert optimization, or operational process improvements. How you’ll make an impact: Monitor Header Bidding, ROC, and other operational alerts, incidents, and business KPIs to ensure platform stability and revenue protection. Investigate and manage cases generated through automated alerts, internal support requests, and proactive health checks using Salesforce, Jira, and internal tools.
