Director, RISC-V Software TPM & Ops

Tenstorrent is looking for a senior operator to act as a hybrid Chief of Staff and execution-focused TPM for the RISC-V software organization. This is a high-autonomy role for someone who can help define team goals, turn them into executable plans, and independently drive cross-functional initiatives to completion. This person will partner closely with the RISC-V software team and workstream leaders to improve planning, execution, dependency tracking, and operational visibility across the org. They should be comfortable thinking ahead on bottlenecks and risks, building mitigation plans early, and helping leadership focus on the highest-value work. The role also includes org headcount planning, recruiting coordination, external asks, and helping prepare presentations and supporting material for customer or partner engagements. We are looking for someone who can represent the team well, filter noise, and become one of the visible faces of the organization. This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA, Austin, TX or remote from the United States or Australia. We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. Pragmatic, low-ego, and able to operate independently. What We Need Goal & Execution Tracking: Partner with RISC-V software workstream leaders to define, track, and execute team milestones. Program & Risk Management: Build dependency tracking and risk mitigation paths to solve bottlenecks before they escalate.
