Responsibilities Acting as the key point of contact within Legal for the supported business lines, taking charge of Binance’s legal needs and obligations for the various products and services offered and coordinating with other Legal teams (such as Commercial, Corporate, Regulatory, Data Privacy, Litigation, etc) and cross functional teams (such as Compliance, Risk, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Support, Tax, etc). Facilitating product development through the full product life-cycle (i.e. design, launch, ongoing advisory, etc.), identifying and mitigating Legal risks. Advising on product compliance with relevant regulations across multiple jurisdictions, including managing and working hand-in-hand with Binance’s regional Legal and Compliance teams and, where necessary, external counsel, on matters such as licensing and approval applications, product restrictions, compliance requirements (i.e., AML/CFT) and other related topics. Drafting, amending, and/or negotiating existing or new product centric terms and commercial contracts and preparing templates with a view to mitigating risk. Advising on product related marketing, announcements and social media campaigns.
