About the Role We are looking for a Financial Operation Specialist to oversee and maintain strong operational relationships with banks and payment service providers across the EU. This role ensures that onboarding, KYC updates, and regulatory information requests are handled smoothly and on time. You will safeguard the continuity of our fiat rails, drive regular due diligence reviews, identify emerging industry trends, and serve as the key liaison between Finance, Compliance, and our financial partners. You will also play a key role in designing and shaping core finance processes in a fast-scaling, regulated environment. Your ideas will directly influence how we build the EU Finance function from the ground up, and you’ll be part of defining best practices that will set the standard for our industry in Europe. What You’ll Do Coordinate finance-related payment operations and reconciliation processes between banks, payment service providers, and internal teams (Finance, Compliance, Legal, Operations).
