Available Locations Bengaluru, India About the Role Job Summary Critical team leader role driving the Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Transformationand Support from Offshore across both Finance (GL, ARP, AP, FA, LA, AGIS) and Supply Chain Management (INV, PIM,PO). Responsible for the functional integrity, strategic direction, and operational excellence of the Oracle Fusion platform. Leads cross-functional/developer teams, and serves as the final technical/design escalation point. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities ERP Transformation: Own the functional design, configuration roadmap, and workstream deliverables for all Finance, Procurement and SCM modules Delivery Ownership: Oversee critical delivery of Oracle Fusion technical deliverables. Technical Strategy: Define and enforce technical/architecture standards, primarily utilizing Oracle Cloud ecosystem for all cross-application data exchange. Manage Oracle Cloud platform stability, security, and mandatory quarterly updates. Team & Governance: Lead and manage Functional Consultants/Developer teams. Govern the Managed Service Provider and System Integrator partners.
