About the Role The PSI (Platform, Security & Infrastructure) team builds the paved path and tooling that hundreds of engineers worldwide rely on every day to ship. Each element of the team reinforces the others: platform, security, and infrastructure working in close concert to make the right thing the easy and secure thing. We are building out a PSI hub in Amsterdam, focusing on the Platform element. You will be the primary driver of the platform roadmap. You are the person who identifies the highest-leverage problems, proposes the strategy, and owns execution. What You'll Do Ow n the developer platform roadmap. You are the primary idea generator. You identify what's slowing engineers down, what's highest-leverage to fix, and what the platform needs to look like in 12–18 months. You will drive prioritization and expect to be largely trusted on those calls.
