Essential Job Duties BambooHR is seeking a Distinguished Architect to partner with the VPs of Software Engineering, Software Architects, and Cloud Engineering in leading the Bamboo Product’s Data Technology Architecture. In this role, the Distinguished Architect defines and stewards the architectural vision for our overall Data Technology. This position is accountable for the cohesive architecture of BambooHR’s product data platform, ensuring alignment and interoperability across domains in collaboration with domain architects and engineering leadership. The role includes defining the multi-year data platform architecture, establishing standards and guardrails, and mentoring and influencing architects and principal engineers to deliver a resilient, secure, compliant, and cost-efficient multi-tenant SaaS.
