What you'll do We're looking for an AI Business Operations Analyst to join Clara Ops and drive a new chapter of how we run the company. This is not a traditional ops role. You will be the person who spots where humans are doing work that machines could do better — and then builds the systems that make it happen. You will sit at the intersection of strategy, automation, and execution, working across teams to eliminate friction, accelerate decisions, and raise the operational ceiling of Clara. You will report to the Global Head of Operations and partner closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Engineering. You will own the full loop: identify the opportunity, design the solution, deploy it with AI and automation tooling, and measure the outcome. Map high-friction operational workflows across Clara and prioritize them for AI-augmentation and automation — building a roadmap that compounds in impact over time. Design, deploy, and iterate on AI-powered workflows using tools like Claude Code/Codex, n8n, and other LLM APIs to do things that weren’t possible before and replace manual , repetitive, or error-prone processes. Collaborate with commercial and operational leaders to identify where agent-based or rule-based automation can improve speed, accuracy, or capacity — without adding headcount. Build and maintain operational dashboards in Metabase to surface the KPIs that matter and flag anomalies before they become problems. Partner with Product and Product Marketing on process changes tied to new feature launches, ensuring operational readiness before every release.
