Claims Litigation Specialist

The candidate must be a highly skilled Claims Specialist who can handle a range of complex cases, including Bad Faith claims, documented cases of daycare abuse/molestation, fatalities involving coverage issues, and construction defect cases involving multiple parties and complex contractual issues. The role will also involve managing coverage files, cen
