Senior Staff Software Engineer, Protocols Team We are seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the architecture and delivery of IoT and smart automation protocols with a focus on Z‐Wave, Matter, PowerG, and ZigBee. You will own initiatives from design through deployment, mentor engineers, and clearly communicate an architectural vision that aligns devices, gateways, mobile apps, and cloud services.
