Manager, Delivery Solutions Architects - Emerging Enterprise

As a Delivery Solutions Architect (DSA) Manager supporting our Emerging Enterprise (EE) segment, you will build, lead, and inspire a team of DSAs who help our most innovative, fast-growing customers accelerate their journey from idea to production on the Databricks Platform. Your team will focus on accelerating use case onboarding, enabling production workloads, and driving success in production, ensuring every customer achieves measurable outcomes and business value. You will set strategy, coach technical excellence, and ensure your team remains at the forefront of modern Data and AI architecture. You will report to the Director of Delivery Solutions Architecture for the Emerging Enterprise Unit.
