As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Senior User Research Manager to help shape the future of Personal Banking. This is an opportunity to lead research across one of Monzo's largest product areas, influence company strategy, and develop exceptional research leaders. 🔑You’ll play a key role by... You'll be responsible for both people leadership and strategic research leadership. This includes: Leading research across Core Banking while helping shape a coherent Personal Banking research strategy that spans multiple product areas. Partnering closely with the Core Banking Leadership Team, Product Directors, Design leaders and senior stakeholders across Wealth, Payments, Borrowing and our European business. Helping define and land parts of Monzo's global research operating model as we expand internationally, ensuring teams work effectively across both global and local markets.
