Through inbound and outbound patient interactions, you'll help ensure patients receive medications on time, navigate pharmacy processes, and maintain continuity of care. Key Responsibilities 📞 Proactively coordinate medication refills, including data entry and pharmacy claim adjudication 📞 Make outbound patient refill calls and assist patients through the complete refill process 📞 Answer, resolve, and appropriately triage inbound patient and provider inquiries 📞 Clarify prescription orders with pharmacists and/or clinicians when appropriate 📞 Identify medications requiring special handling, including refrigerated or hazardous medications 📞 Manage, organize, and update patient and pharmacy information within database applications 📞 Assist pharmacies with prescription claim adjudication and resolution of claim processing errors 📞 Respond to questions regarding prescription coverage, fulfillment status, and pharmacy services 📞 Serve as a key point of contact between patients, pharmacies, pharmacy liaisons, clinical providers, and internal operational teams 📞 Identify trends, resolve challenges, recommend improvements, and...
