About the Role At Klaviyo, we’re building the platform that helps businesses create and deliver personalized customer experiences at scale, powered by first-party data. We’re looking for product designers to help shape that future. This role focuses on simplifying complex systems, improving usability, and designing experiences that help customers move faster and make better decisions. We’re looking for a Lead Product Designer to join our growing design organization. As a senior individual contributor, you’ll play a key role in setting design direction, shaping product strategy, and driving high-quality user experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Researchers to bring bold ideas to life and ensure that what we design is not only functional but also fast, intuitive, and inspiring. This role requires someone excited to tackle ambitious design challenges, mentor others on the team, and leverage design to drive meaningful business outcomes. How You’ll Have an Impact Partner with cross-functional teams to get des ign projects prioritized, shipped, and delivering measurable results. Lead and coordinate multiple complex initiatives simultaneously. Create design flows, prototypes, sketches, and polished UI.
