Why This Role Exists As our customers scale, their finance environments become more complex. They operate across multiple entities, bank accounts, currencies and financial systems, and need modern treasury technology to operate efficiently. This role exists to help finance teams successfully implement and optimise modern treasury and finance workflows, enabling them to move from fragmented, manual processes to scalable, automated and data driven financial operations. This is not a traditional Customer Success or Account Management role. You will work in a client facing implementation and process advisory capacity, helping customers realise real value from their finance technology stack.
