Account Manager

Position Overview Avero is looking for an Account Manager within our Revenue team with proven experience in an evolving hospitality SaaS company industry. We are looking for a highly ambitious and entrepreneurial candidate that has a love for, and a deep grasp of, the hospitality SaaS industry and has the ability to build relationships with key decision makers. Reporting to the Global Account Manager, you will manage all aspects of the customer relationship, represent the company, and work across all relevant cross-functional areas to guarantee effective communication, implementation and execute on secondary sales opportunities within your territory. The Account Manager will work closely with Customer Success, Customer Support, Product, Engineering, and Finance to deliver world-class customer service and solutions to market as well as create sales materials such as sales presentations, sound bites, and testimonials to ensure the closure of sales. This position will require domestic and international travel.
