Position Overview The Denter is responsible for repairing damaged vehicle body panels and structural components to restore vehicles to manufacturer and company quality standards. The role requires expertise in dent removal, panel repair, alignment correction, and body restoration while ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Inspect vehicles to assess body damage and determine repair requirements. Repair dents, damaged panels, and structural body components using approved repair methods and tools. Remove, repair, and replace damaged vehicle parts including doors, fenders, bumpers, quarter panels, and hoods. Perform panel beating, welding, grinding, cutting, and metal shaping activities as required. Ensure all repairs are completed according to OEM standards, safety requirements, and company quality expectations. Conduct body alignment and structural correction using specialized workshop equipment. Coordinate with Paint Technicians and Service Advisors to ensure smooth workflow and timely vehicle delivery. Identify hidden damages and communicate additional repair requirements to the supervisor. Maintain workshop tools and equipment in good operating condition. Follow all
workshop safety procedures, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards. Support workshop productivity, efficiency targets, and customer satisfaction objectives. Skills Technical Skills Knowledge of automotive body repair and denting techniques. Experience using welding machines, dent pulling systems, and body alignment equipment.
