We’re looking for a Contract Performance Designer who brings premium creative instincts and a performance marketer’s brain to every asset. You’ll shape how Maven shows up in paid social, designing assets that are as strategic as they are stunning, and iterating quickly based on what the data tells us. This is a 3-month contract position for 20 hours per week. The contract may be exte nded based on business needs. As a Performance Designer at Maven, you will: Design static paid social assets across Meta, IG, and beyond Build and test creative from a metrics-first mindset: CTR, CVR, hook rate, and thumb-stop rate Stay alert to what’s performing across the competitive landscape while protecting Maven’s distinctive voice and positioning
