The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco: Moloco Commerce Media (MCM) is growing its engineering team to support our expanding number of customers with engineering rigor and efficiency. We are looking for an experienced engineer, who can both lead complicated feature developments from end to end and can provide deep technological consultations both to customers and our business team members alike. Our systems will need to be supported at a global scale handling billions of ad auctions per day, while our cutting-edge machine learning (ML) delivers high performance for advertisers and quality experiences for retail shoppers. The Ad Serving team in MCM engineering is responsible for the foundational systems underlying this platform, closely collaborating with campaign management, data infrastructure, and customer integrations. The Opportunity: Design, develop and operate an end-to-end enterprise platform that remains fas t, reliable and secure at scale. Build and maintain APIs and features for ad serving, while shaping the technical roadmap for the future of the product. Provide technical leadership and guidance for both internal/external engineering teams and cross functional business teams.
