What you’ll do Deliver and exceed sales targets through thoughtful, in-person and virtual engagement, combining strong relationship-building with consultative, data-driven recommendations. Shape long-term, multi-year plans and learning agendas for your customers, leveraging deep Measurement and Performance knowledge to guide their investment decisions. Operate 6–12 months ahead, anticipating customer needs and surfacing insights, roadmaps, and pitches in line with their annual and quarterly planning cadences. Balance long-range strategy with short-term execution, moving seamlessly between building durable, strategic programs and delivering timely responses to near-term briefs. Design and lead Go-to-Market plans with Retail Media teams at your retailers, ensuring sales and product teams are enabled to pitch, plan, and execute impactful Pinterest activity. Partner closely with the Pinterest CPG team to create aligned grocery retail media strategies, driving shared success and a coherent go-to-market approach across partners. Represent Pinterest with credibility and integrity, acting as a trusted advisor to clients and their media agencies, and at times as a market lead in partnership with Pinterest Agency Leads on key events and initiatives.
