As a Senior Agency Partner, you will be a key driver of Pinterest’s ecosystem growth by managing and expanding our network of sales and reseller partners. You will own strategic relationships with partners, expand their service scope with Pinterest, and accelerate revenue through effective partner enablement. This role requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams and frequent engagement with partners to ensure alignment, performance, and long-term success. What you’ll do: Develop and execute channel commercial strategies to expand partner service offerings and unlock new revenue streams. Build and deepen strategic relationships with flagship partners in the Greater China region, proactively identifying opportunities to grow accounts and strengthen partnerships. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch joint marketing, education, and sales initiatives with partners. Lead regular business reviews with partners to evaluate performance, identify opportunities, and align on growth plans; monitor and analyze sales metrics to inform strategy. Manage and coach a team of vendor account managers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to drive impact. Stay on top of industry trends, platform developments, and competitor activities to uncover new business opportunities.
