Design Engineer – SAS (Switchgear)

We are seeking an experienced Design Engineer – Substation Automation System (SAS) to handle engineering, configuration, testing, and commissioning activities related to MV/LV switchgear, protection relays, and control systems. The candidate will play a key role in delivering reliable and high-quality automation solutions for power substations. Key Responsibilities: Perform engineering activities related to Substation Automation Systems (SAS) for MV/LV switchgear, MCC, and HV/EHV relay & control panels. Develop and prepare logic diagrams for customer review and approval. Prepare signal lists, internal variable lists , and power system documentation. Configure protection relays (IEDs) for protection, control, monitoring, and communication using OEM tools. Generate and manage SCL files (ICD, CID, SCD) as per project requirements. Interface with clients, end users, and automation vendors to finalize SAS requirements. Coordinate with production, quality, and PSA vendors to resolve technica
