Identify manual, repetitive processes across departments and assess their automation potential using agentic AI. Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents that can read documents, extract data, make decisions, and execute multi-step tasks autonomously. Integrate AI agents with existing business systems (ERP, accounting platforms, email, spreadsheets, CRMs, internal tools) using APIs, MCP connectors, and automation platforms such as Zapier, n8n, or Make. Build prompts, tools, and guardrails that make agents reliable, safe, and aligned with business rules. Document workflows, write clear runbooks, and train end users on how to interact with deployed agents. Monitor agent performance, troubleshoot failures, and continuously improve accuracy, speed, and cost efficiency. Stay current with the rapidly evolving agentic AI landscape (new models, frameworks, tools) and recommend adoption where it adds clear value.
